PROJECT: SALAR KISH HOTEL
On Kish island in the Persian gulf off the coast of Iran, a luxurious hotel, Salar hotel, will be built. This multistory hotel will be built in close proximity of the coastline, on one of the top locations of the island. The hotel will be surrounded by a park including a small recreation facility for children. Part of the recreational facilities will be a marina.
Arthe C&S is currently working on a feasibility study for the project. Upon a positive outcome of the study, the client, Bahasa Kish company, will award Arthe civil & structure bv in joint venture with Radnegar Naghsh Consulting Engineers, the contract for reviewing services in the preliminary design phase, supervision on the architectural design, design and engineering of the necessary marine works and project management of the entire project
Engineering and consultancy works that will in this case be executed by Arthe civil & structure bv include the following subjects:
- Review of the preliminary design;
- Design and engineering of necessary land-improvement works to prepare the site for building;
- Preliminary design of shore works: definition of geotechnical investigations, design and engineering of shore works like; jetty’s, groynes, shore protection and breakwaters;
- Review of detailed design: land preparation plans, supervision of the execution;
- Process and cost management, project management and contract management.
